- Java Full Stack Developer
- Candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust Java backend applications and strong experience in JDK, utilizing technologies such as Spring Boot, JDK, REST microservices, Spring Security, AWS services, and DynamoDB, among others.
Responsibilities/Daily Duties:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy Java-based backend solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to implement new features and functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Work closely with architects and senior developers to ensure compliance with best practices and architectural guidelines.
- Contribute to the migration of on-premises applications to the cloud, focusing on minimizing disruptions for customers.
- Implement security measures and adhere to compliance standards, especially in the context of financial services.
- Develop and maintain documentation for code, processes, and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve client’s applications.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Java development
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Spring Security.
- Solid understanding of RESTful microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-native development.
- Proficiency in working with DynamoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, Agile development environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
SAP FICO Architect

Job Description
The SAP Finance and Controlling Architect shall be responsible for following activities:
- Playing an Advisory Role for the Top Management and CFO in driving Finance, primarily Costing transformation strategies & Solutions
- Play the role of problem handler and solution advisor to support and implementation team and drive it to conclusion.
- Own and manage SAP S/4 HANA Controlling (Inclusive of Overhead, Product Costing, Actual Costing, and Inventory Valuation) Implementation independently.
- Lead HCL’s Controlling Capability
- Drive solution discussion with customers, partners, and internal teams.
Required skills, qualifications, and experience.
- Post Graduate Degree in Finance or Cost Accountant (ICWA/CA)
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO & delivering SAP Finance programs as Solution Architect & SME
- Significant diverse industry and process knowledge in Controlling and related modules of SAP.
- Expertise of SAP Finance & Controlling solutions and business transformations led by Finance.
- Expertise in understating & mapping business requirements to optimal technical solutions in SAP
- Have Experience in at least 4-5 Full life cycle of S/4 HANA & ECC implementation.
- Have experience in developing SAP roadmaps & deployment strategies towards implementation of S/4 HANA Finance and Controlling, combining over multiple SAP & Non-SAP operations systems.
- Have experience of feasibility assessment for large Organizations
- Proven problem-solving and negotiation capabilities along with a process-focused perspective.
- Proven ability to deliver results in a complex /global environment and to solve complex business and process problems.
- Certification in 1 or more SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting (latest release) is preferable.
